Each year the church celebrates  the precious gift from Jesus to us of Himself   – His Body ,Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Blessed Eucharist. This special day is  called the Feast of Corpus Christi – The Body of Christ . As far back as the 12th century  Jesus has been honoured by this special feast Day. The beautiful practices of Adoration, Benediction and carrying the Blessed Sacrament in procession emerged as time went on. we intend to hold our annual Corpus Christi Procession in the grounds of St. Brendan’s church and gardens on  Wednesday June 18th @ 7.30pm.  All are invited to attend and join in the prayers and the singing. A special cead mile failte is extended to all our First Communion and Confirmation children and their parents. Please pray for a fine evening.
