Gerry Cleary, 10 Ely Place, Crinkle, Birr, Co. Offaly, passed away (suddenly) on October 23rd, 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Christy and Nora. He will be sadly missed by his loving daughters Rachel and Sarah, son Simon, their mother Fiona, son in law Rory, grandson Lennon, sisters; Mary, Liz, Kathleen, Ann, Rita, Lucy, Pauline, Trish and Carmel, brothers Jim and John, all of their spouses, nieces and nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Boyd’s Funeral Home, Birr (R42YF75) on Saturday from 3.30pm. – 6pm.

Removal on Sunday to arrive at St. Brendan’s Church, Birr at 2.15pm. for Funeral Mass at 2.30pm. Burial afterwards in Carrig, Cemetery.

Treasa Barry (née Power), 15 Sandymount Avenue, Birr, Co. Offaly and also the wonderful Birr Community Nursing Unit.
Treasa, formerly of Mullingar, passed away peacefully in her 84th year, on October 7th, 2025, in the kind care of The Brosna Ward at The Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore. Pre-deceased by her beloved daughter Sarah (Turley) and her brother Anthony. She will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Gene, her daughter and sons; Lydia, Garrett & Eoin, sons-in-law Richard and Shane, daughters-in-law Vivian and Edel, her adored grandchildren; Seán, Simon, Anna, Christian & Oisín and her wider family and friends.
