Teresa Campbell, née Ruane, Birr Community Nursing Unit and late of Mullingar and Clongee, Foxford, died peacefully, surrounded by her family, on March 9th, 2024. Predeceased by her loving husband, Paddy, son Paschal, grandchild Jamie and son-in-law Pat. Deeply regretted by her daughters; Mary, Ann, Kathleen, Pauline and Frances, her sons; Michael, Noel and Ciaran, daughters-in-law Mal, Eleanor, Christine and Monica, all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Will be sadly missed by her loving sisters; Nancy Rainey (Mayo) and Mairead na hEanna (anSpideal), her nieces and nephews and wide circle of friends. Reposing at Boyd’s Funeral Home, Birr, on Tuesday evening from 5pm-7pm. She will be sadly missed by her loving brother Robert and sister Lilly, her nephews and nieces, neighbours and friends. Offaly, passed away peacefully on March 2nd, 2024, in the wonderful care of Eliza Lodge, Banagher, having celebrated his 96th birthday on February 28th. Predeceased by his wife Audrey and his nine siblings. He will be sadly missed by his loving family; his daughter Hilda (UK), his sons; David (UK), Philip (Scotland), Richard (Dublin), Paul (Birr) and Roy (Galway), sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his fifteen grandchildren and his great-grandson, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. The death has occurred of Anne Dwyer (née Guiney), “La Rive”, Hollypark, Birr, Co. Offaly (R42 EE67) and formerly of Ballymullen, Tralee, Co. Kerry. Peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family, on March 4th, 2024. Beloved wife of the late John. Wonderful mother of Maeve, Sinéad, John, Aoife and Siobhán; deeply loved grandmother of Rachel, Joseph, Sorcha, Leah, Ali, Donagh, Thomas and Sam, and a very special person to Shannon and Callum. Mother-in-law and great friend of Paul, Denis, Alex and Declan. She will be hugely missed by her sister, Cyril (New York), her nieces, nephews, cousins, her wonderful circle of friends and of course, her loyal dog Max. The death has occurred of John J Kinnarney, Freagh, Kilcormac Co.Offaly. Died 25th Feb 2024 peacefully in the exceptional care of the wonderful staff of Ofalia House, Edenderry. Predeceased by his beloved wife Kathleen (Kay). Sadly missed and remembered by his daughter Paula, son Colin, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. “May John rest in peace” Reposing at Boyd’s Funeral Home Birr (R42 YF75) on Tuesday 27th from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock with removal to Saint Brendan’s Church, Birr (R42 XY51) arriving at 7.30pm. Bridie Corcoran (née Walsh), Harbour Road, Banagher, Co. Offaly and formerly Drimbane, Curry, Co. Sligo died peacefully February 16th 2024 in Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe. Bridie is predeceased by her beloved husband Brian, parents Richard and Beatrice, brothers Tommie, Johnny, Dick and Joe, brother in law Eamonn Gannon, sisters in law Frances Glynn, Bridie Walsh (Birmingham), Bridie Walsh (Curry), and her nephew Patrick Walsh (Birmingham). Bridie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her sister Peggie, sister in law Nancy Lyons, nieces Sinéad, Maura, Mairéad, Siobhan and Deirdre, nephews Michael, Dermot and Seán, grand nieces and grand nephews, the extended Lyons, Glynn and Corcoran families, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. May her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace Reposing at Eliza Lodge, Banagher on Saturday evening from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Removal from Eliza Lodge on Sunday afternoon to arrive in St Rynagh’s Church, Banagher for 1pm mass. Cremation service at Shannon Crematorium on Monday morning at 11am for Family.
