Catholic Schools Week 2026 will be celebrated in schools and parishes across Ireland from Sunday 18th January to Saturday 24th January, 2026,  anchored on the memory of St. John Bosco on the 31st January. This year’s theme for Catholic Schools Week 2026 is “Normal Lives, Called to Holiness“ During Catholic Schools Week families, parishes and schools are invited to participate in a week of celebration reflecting on the work of Catholic Schools, and on their contribution to a Synodal Church based on Communion, Participation and Mission. We acknowledge the pivotal role our schools play in our community and in the nurturing Gospel values with our children.

Thursday January 22nd  St. Brendan’s Boy’s school will participate in the 10am Mass.

Friday January 23rd Mercy P.S will participate in the 10am Mass as part of Catholic schools week  .
