Mike Davis Emmett Street  died after a  short illness in May. He had been a member of Birr  Church Choir all his life,  and for the last 1o yrs,  he was the organist at our daily morning mass. Michael  also played for parish funerals,  and other occasions. Brian Kennedy  Chairperson  of Birr Pastorl Council  presented Mary Davis and her family with and inscribed scroll and St. Brendan’s Medal posthumously recognizing  Mikes contribution,  on Sunday September 26th, 12 noon  mass.
