The death has occurred of Bridget Featherstone (née Leyden)Didsbury, Manchester, England, formerly High Street, Birr, Co. Offaly and Ballymote, Co. Sligo, December 21st, peacefully, in the excellent care of the doctors, nurses and staff at the Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Seán, Bridget will be dearly missed by her sons John and Richard, daughters Catherine and Patricia, son in law Paddy, daughters in law Geraldine and Caroline, her six grandchildren and her six great-grandchildren, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday, January 8th, at 11am in St Brendan’s Church, Birr, followed by burial in Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr.

May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace.
