The death has occurred of John Joseph (John Joe) Richardson, Kilcolman, Birr, Co. Offaly and formerly of Baltyboys, Blessington, Co. Wicklow.  John Joe died peacefully at his home on January 3rd, 2026, in his 76th year, surrounded by his loving partner and family. He is predeceased by his parents Bridie and Jack, his brother-in-law John Kelly and nephew Robert Richardson. John Joe will be sadly missed by his partner Gillian, his sons; Trevor, Edward, Robert, Kevin and Niall, Gillian’s daughter Hayley and son Shane, daughter-in-law Kelly, their partners, his grandchildren; Noah, Ruby, Finn, Ivy, Lucy, Brody, Jamie, Willa and Jake. Brothers Tommy and Bobby, sisters Breda, Rita and Maureen, brothers and sisters-in-law, former wife Mary Richardson, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.                   May he Rest In Peace. Reposing at Boyd’s Funeral Home, Birr (R42YF7) on Monday evening from 5pm.-7pm. followed by a private Removal to his home. Funeral Mass will take place in St. Brendan’s Church, Birr, on Tuesday at 10am. followed by a private Cremation.House Strictly Private Please Family flowers only please.
