Died on February 4, 2026

Stasia passed away on February 3rd, 2026 in the wonderful care of Laurel Suite, BCNU, Birr, Co. Offaly.

Predeceased by her parents Eric and Maura and her partner Joe (Vaughan).

She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken daughter Shelly, son Gary and daughter Stacy, son- in – law- Barry, her beloved grandchildren; Reece, Becky, Nicole, Jazzy, Barry, Claire and Savannah, her six sister’s and seven brother’s, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

May she Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Boyd’s Funeral home, Birr, on Thursday evening from 5pm. -7pm. Removal from Boyd’s on Friday morning at 9.15am. for Funeral Mass in St.Brendans Church, Birr at 10.00am followed by a private Cremation.

Reflection

I think February heralds many good things… The release of pressure from the ‘new year, new me’ onslaught. The promise of more light, more life. The acceptance that nature has its cycle and therefore so must we. And if February hits you hard with its ‘be in love’ message. Remember that love has many forms, and we should celebrate them all. You are loved. Most of all I think February is hope. Nature has no fear that spring will come, that better days will arrive. And neither should we. So let the hope carry you onwards this month, and count all the ways in which love blesses you. Three words my friends… Light, love and hope. February brings them all. March on. ‍
